Buyer guide

CDX Auction is a timed marketplace for coins and bullion sold by SpotPro dealers. Buyer accounts are free.

1. Register & verify

Open Register and create an account with a real email.
Use a strong password (8+ characters, letter + number).
Confirm the link in your email (from CDX Auction) within 24 hours. Bidding is locked until verified.

Live lots appear on the browse page.
Enter at least the minimum next bid. Your bid is generally binding.
If someone bids higher, you get an outbid email when notifications are on.
Bids in the final ~2 minutes can extend the auction (anti-snipe).
Watch lots and favorite sellers from the lot page when logged in.
Open a seller store for their profile, feedback score, auctions, and Buy Now items.
Favorite sellers — ♡ on a store or lot. With “Email when a favorite seller lists a new lot” enabled under Settings (on by default), you get a CDX Auction email for each new listing.

If you win, check My account → Payments and your win email.
You pay the selling dealer using methods they offer (card via Authorize.Net or CARDZ3N, PayPal, Zelle, wire, etc.).
